ClearDeal is a tool for informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and due diligence.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ClearDeal iOS application ("the App" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ClearDeal is a real estate deal analysis tool that helps investors quickly evaluate potential property investments. The App provides financial calculations, property data lookups, and AI-generated analysis to assist in your research.

ClearDeal does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All analysis is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making any investment.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClearDeal.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@getcleardeal.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

ClearDeal offers paid subscription tiers that unlock additional features and usage limits.
All subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple's terms and conditions govern all payment transactions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Refunds are handled per Apple's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from ClearDeal or its underlying APIs.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use ClearDeal for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content through the App.
Resell or sublicense access to ClearDeal without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

ClearDeal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any property data and notes you enter into the App. You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that property valuations, comparable sales data, or AI-generated analysis are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular investment decision. Market conditions change rapidly and past performance does not guarantee future results.

ClearDeal does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF CLEARDEAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INVESTMENT LOSSES OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON APP OUTPUT.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings in the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of ClearDeal after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
