Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose ClearDeal. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Open the plans screen in ClearDeal and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Saved deals are stored only on your iPhone. There is no account and no cloud sync, so deleting the app deletes your saved deals.
Property lookups and AI verdicts reset at the start of each calendar month.
Paste the full Zillow or Redfin property page link, or switch to Address and type the street address. Some properties, especially new or rural ones, may not have data available.
